Patagonia questions

Before you book Patagonia.

When is the ski season in Patagonia?

Around Bariloche the reliable window is July to mid-September, with the deepest, most reliable snow usually falling between late July and the end of August.

Which Patagonian area should I choose?

Cerro Catedral has the most terrain and the deepest portfolio of places to stay. Baguales is private snowcat terrain with no lifts, and Mallín Alto is a snowmobile-access backcountry lodge with dome accommodation — both for groups who want untracked ground more than infrastructure.

Can you arrange heli-skiing in Patagonia?

Yes. Heli-skiing in the Argentine Andes is one of the experiences we coordinate, subject to conditions and availability on your dates.
