Who we are

Patagonia Living plans ski trips across Patagonia, North America and Europe from Bariloche, Argentina. If you have any question about this policy or about the information we hold, write to comercial@patagonialiving.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us and what your browser reports while you are on the site.

• Information you enter in the trip form: your name, email address, destination, group size, approximate dates and anything you write in the details field.
• Attribution data attached to that enquiry: the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) or advertising click identifiers present in the URL.
• Technical data your browser sends with any request, such as IP address and user agent, which is processed by our hosting provider to serve the site.

Why we use it

We use the information you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a trip proposal and coordinate the bookings you ask us to make. We use attribution data to understand which channels bring people to the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system, which is hosted on our own infrastructure, and a notification is emailed to our team through our email provider. The site itself is hosted on Vercel.

Because we work across three continents, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Argentina, the United States and the European Union.

Sharing with the providers who deliver your trip

To arrange a trip we pass on the details a provider needs — for example your name and dates to a hotel, or your group and level to a ski instructor. We share only what that provider needs to deliver their part of the trip, and only once you have asked us to make the booking.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably continue the conversation about a trip, and we keep records of trips we have arranged for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to comercial@patagonialiving.com and we will respond.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Campaign parameters are read from the URL of the page you land on and are stored in your browser only so they can be attached to an enquiry if you send one.

If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future, this page will be updated before it is switched on, and any non-essential technology will ask for your consent first.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
