Ski instructor and guest on a mountain run

What we handle

Every detail of your ski trip, handled.

We don't send you a list of options. We build your trip from scratch and run every moving part — instruction, accommodation, flights, access and on-the-ground logistics — so you arrive and ski.

01

Private Ski Instruction

We work exclusively with independent, vetted instructors — not resort staff pools. Each instructor is selected based on teaching style, language, and terrain expertise. We match them to your group before you land, so day one begins on the mountain, not in a queue.

Includes

  • Instructors across Patagonia, North America and the Alps
  • All levels: first-timers to advanced off-piste
  • Multi-day and full-season packages
  • Multilingual instructors (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian)
  • Child-specialist instructors on request

02

Curated Accommodations

Every hotel and chalet we recommend, we have stayed in. We keep a live portfolio of properties across all three regions — from the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi to ski-in, ski-out suites at The Little Nell in Aspen. No guesswork, no online reviews.

Includes

  • Hotels and private chalets across Patagonia, the Rockies and the Alps
  • Ski-in, ski-out options at every major resort
  • Every property personally inspected
  • Private chalet options with dedicated staff
  • Airport-to-door coordination included

03

Private Charter & Aviation

Private aviation when the schedule or the group calls for it: charter flights between cities and resorts, and helicopter transfers, including access to terrain that road transfers cannot reach. Arranged through licensed operators and coordinated with the rest of the trip.

Includes

  • Private charter flights between cities and mountain airports
  • Helicopter transfers, including access in the Argentine Andes
  • Coordination with commercial legs on the same itinerary
  • Ground handling and transfers at both ends
  • Luggage, ski equipment and timing planned around the ski days

04

Flights & Transfers

From the moment you leave home to the moment your skis hit the snow, every transfer is pre-arranged. Commercial flight coordination and dedicated ground vehicles at every resort, tracked in real time. No waiting, no guessing.

Includes

  • Commercial flight search and booking across all three regions
  • Dedicated ground vehicles resort to resort
  • Airport meet-and-greet and door-to-slope coordination
  • Real-time transfer tracking
  • Equipment and luggage planned into every leg

05

Private Chef & Dining

A private chef in the property when you would rather not go out, and the reservations that are hard to get when you would. We arrange both sides of the eating: the meals at home, and the restaurants that make a ski week.

Includes

  • Private chef in chalets and private properties
  • Menus planned around the group, including dietary requirements
  • Restaurant reservations on and off the mountain
  • Private mountain dinners as part of Experiences
  • Provisioning and stocking the property before arrival

06

Exclusive Experiences

The experiences that define a trip — heli-skiing above the Nahuel Huapi lake basin, a private snowcat dinner in Vail's back bowls, a guided descent on the Zermatt Matterhorn north face. We have the relationships to arrange access that standard bookings cannot.

Includes

  • Heli-skiing in the Argentine Andes
  • Off-piste and backcountry guided days in Aspen and Zermatt
  • Private mountain dinners in the Rockies, the Alps and the Andes
  • Snowmobile tours and glacier excursions
  • Cultural extensions: wine, estancia, alpine gastronomy

How this works

What we coordinate, and what independent providers deliver.

Patagonia Living

We plan the trip, select and brief the people involved, hold the bookings together and stay reachable as your single point of contact before and during the trip.

Independent providers

Ski instructors, hotels, airlines, transfer companies and experience operators are independent businesses. They deliver their own service under their own terms and conditions, and we coordinate them on your behalf.

Where

Everything above, in three regions.

The service does not change with the hemisphere. What changes is the season and the mountains it runs on.

Good to know

How the service works.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Tell us the trip you have in mind and we will be clear about how the booking works before anything is confirmed. Nothing is charged without your approval.

Are the ski instructors employed by Patagonia Living?

No. We work with independent, vetted instructors and match them to your group. They are independent professionals, and we coordinate them as part of your trip.

Can you handle only part of a trip?

Yes. Some guests book the full trip, others only the instruction or the transfers. Tell us which parts you want handled and we build around that.

What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?

You have one point of contact throughout your stay for anything arranged through us, reachable on WhatsApp while you are on the mountain.
