About these terms

These terms apply to your use of patagonialiving.com and to any enquiry you send through it. They do not replace the booking terms of a specific trip: those are set out separately when a trip is confirmed.

What this website is

This site describes the destinations we plan trips to and the services we coordinate. Descriptions of resorts, hotels, seasons and experiences are provided for guidance. Conditions on the mountain, availability and the offering of any third party can change, and nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of availability or price.

Enquiries

Sending the trip form starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, hold any availability or commit you to anything. Nothing is charged until a proposal has been agreed with you in writing.

Our role, and independent providers

Patagonia Living plans your trip, selects and briefs the people involved, holds the arrangements together and remains your point of contact.

Ski instructors, hotels, airlines, transfer companies and experience operators are independent businesses. They deliver their own services under their own terms and conditions, including their own cancellation rules, and we coordinate them on your behalf.

Mountain risk

Skiing, off-piste travel and mountain experiences carry inherent risk. Conditions, weather and safety decisions taken by resorts, guides and authorities are outside our control, and plans may need to change because of them. We recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance for every trip.

Content on this site

The text, photography and design of this site belong to Patagonia Living or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without asking. Names of resorts, hotels and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively.
